Descrição:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our equipment leasing business. The ideal candidate will assist with various administrative tasks related to the leasing process, client communication, and account management. This is a remote position that requires a self-motivated individual with a strong understanding of leasing processes and customer service.



  • Leasing Support:
  • Assist in processing equipment leasing applications and agreements.
  • Coordinate the preparation of lease documentation, ensuring all required forms and contracts are accurately completed and signed.
  • Track and update lease agreements and ensure timely renewals and extensions.
  • Client Communication:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
  • Provide information about equipment leasing options, terms, and pricing.
  • Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules for leased equipment.
  • Address client concerns and ensure smooth customer service throughout the leasing process.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain and update lease records in the CRM or other software systems.
  • Ensure all client and equipment data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Generate and send lease status reports and invoicing updates.
  • Assist in tracking overdue payments and coordinate with clients regarding payment collection.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage and organize leasing documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Help coordinate marketing efforts to promote leasing services to potential customers.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure all leasing processes are efficient and customer-focused.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as needed by management.

Requisito

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a customer-facing role, preferably in leasing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of leasing processes and documentation (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.) and CRM systems (experience with leasing software a plus).
  • Comfortable with remote work tools like Zoom, Slack, Trello, or similar.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the equipment leasing or rental industry.
  • Familiarity with payment systems and invoicing tools.
  • Basic knowledge of legal terminology related to leasing contracts.
  • Bilingual (English and another language) is a plus.
