This includes creative development, strategy, digital and media, web and tech solutions, photo and video production, and culture marketing.


I. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • This role is responsible for assembling recorded footage into high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the brand’s vision and project objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, an understanding of pacing and visual aesthetics, and expertise in post-production techniques.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content for various
  • platforms, including commercials, social media, corporate videos, and branded
  • content.
  • Apply color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics as needed to
  • enhance the final output.
  • Ensure all videos align with the brand’s visual style, storytelling direction, and
  • project objectives.
  • Collaborate with producers, directors, and creative teams to execute the
  • project vision effectively.
  • Select and integrate appropriate music, sound effects, and voiceovers to
  • enhance the storytelling.
  • Optimize video content for different formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios
  • based on platform requirements.
  • Organize and maintain an efficient file management system for video assets
  • and project archives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, editing techniques, and new software
  • developments.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing
  • previous work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or other
  • industry-standard editing software.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and cinematic techniques.
  • Knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality
  • standards.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in working with branded content, advertising, or digital marketing
  • projects is a plus.
