We’re looking for a professional Virtual Assistant to support our leadership team. This role involves direct contact with clients, coordination with our employees, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our marketing agency. (!!! Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate professionally with clients via email, chat, and calls.
  • Coordinate between clients and employees to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Delegate tasks to team members and track progress.
  • Join client meetings on Zoom/Google Meet with or in place of the CEO/COO.
  • Prepare and present client reports and updates.
  • Provide general admin and organizational support to management.


Requirements

  • Excellent spoken & written English.
  • Comfortable attending and speaking in Zoom/Google Meet calls.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Polite, professional, and friendly communication style.


Big Plus

  • Background in digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO).
  • Experience with ClickUp or other project management tools.
  • Previous project management or agency experience.
