Virtual Assistant – Customer Onboarding & Contract Review

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Client: US-Based Company


About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant in the Philippines who can support our client with customer onboarding, contract review, and rebate/credit verification. This role requires strong English communication skills, exceptional accuracy, and the ability to coordinate confidently with foreign clients.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding

  • Manage and oversee the onboarding process for new customers
  • Ensure all required documents and information are complete
  • Guide customers through onboarding steps and address questions


Contract Review & Verification

  • Review and interpret customer contracts, including rebate programs, credit programs, and other agreements
  • Track and validate contract terms, conditions, and timelines
  • Identify discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation


Rebate, Payment & Credit Memo Management

  • Serve as the go-to person for verifying customer payments
  • Cross-check rebates, credit memos, and related financial documents
  • Maintain accurate records and coordinate with internal teams regarding updates or issues


Client Communication

  • Communicate with foreign (international) clients professionally
  • Handle inquiries, clarifications, and follow-ups
  • Provide timely updates and maintain excellent client relationships


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
  • Prior experience speaking and coordinating with foreign clients
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Experience in customer onboarding and contract/document review
  • Familiarity with rebate or credit programs is a strong advantage
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, CRMs, or contract management tools


Work Setup
