Join a growing Amazon business as a trained Virtual Assistant. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn, take initiative, and expand their e-commerce skills.

What this position offers:

First 2 weeks is a comprehensive, intensive training course in Amazon business operations (Canada and US).

Successful graduates will be introduced to clients.

Starting wage $3.00 - $5.00 USD/hour, with potential for raises and bonuses

20-40 hours/week, with some flexibility in choosing your schedule

Job tasks include:

• Product research and sourcing
• Shipment auditing and inventory management
• Updating cost of goods and tracking expenses
• Preparing reimbursement claims
• Submitting ungating requests
• Adding shipments to prep centre software
• Creating and updating SOP documentation
• Other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• No Amazon experience required - full training provided
• Google Sheets experience: entering data, formatting text, entering formulas, sorting data, cutting and pasting rows, inserting columns
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions precisely and check your own work
• Reliable and organized with the ability to maintain a consistent work schedule
• Enthusiastic learner who asks questions to clarify instructions and makes sure the work is done correctly the first time
• Pro-active mindset: someone who notices tasks or corrections that need to be done without waiting to be told every step
