Descrição:

  1. Respond to client/customer inquiries and document actions taken.
  2. Verify customer information and review accounts and transactions.
  3. Resolve customer concerns and provide clear, detailed explanations.
  4. Collect and verify required documents for accurate data entry.
  5. Handle complaints professionally and monitor customer satisfaction.
  6. Coordinate with the data processing center for forms and clarifications.
  7. Provide information to callers and manage online correspondences (e.g., emails).
  8. Complete and submit daily reports.

Requisito

  • 6 months to 1 year experience
  • College graduates, preferably Business and Tourism course
  • Excellent English Communication
  • Preferably applicant within Metro Manila area (Pasay, Makati, Manila, Mandaluyong, Taguig, Paranaque, Las Pinas, Pateros)
