- Taking orders: Taking food and drink orders from customers
- Serving food and drinks: Delivering food from the kitchen to the table, and serving non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
- Ensuring satisfaction: Checking that the food is correct and looks presentable, and communicating with customers to resolve complaints
Requisito
- Customer service: The ability to provide excellent customer service and meet the needs of customers
- Multitasking: The ability to handle multiple tables at once, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
- Attention to detail: The ability to be thorough and pay attention to detail
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills
