- Provide excellent customer service to enhance dining experience.
- Take and process customer orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional service, take orders, manage payments, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant role preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong customer management, cashiering, and hospitality skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, reliable, and a team player.
