Descrição:

  • Take and process customer orders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of meals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Handle payments and manage cash register.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Must possess a High/Senior High School diploma.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in waitering, cashier duties, cooking, and delivering excellent customer service in a quick service restaurant environment.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Take orders, serve food and beverages, handle transactions, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced setting, requiring standing for extended periods and occasional lifting.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, efficient, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.
