Descrição:

  • Greet and seat customers with a friendly demeanor.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide detailed menu information and recommendations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operations.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in hospitality or a related field is required.
  • 25-35 Yrs Old
  • NCR/Province area
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in waitering or customer service roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong waitering and hospitality skills, customer-oriented approach, and experience in quick service restaurant environments.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment with potential for evening and weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
