Job Objectives

Monitoring of the supply levels and maintains the data entry and inventory re-order functions for New Asia Oil Incorporated.  Also, takes charge of the equipment and machinery parts supply storage room and manage the stock of supplies for materials, machinery parts and fuel. Ensure the quality of the purchased supplies and maintenance of supply stock levels ensuring that the needed supplies are available upon request.

Description

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Support loading and unloading of goods as needed.
• Implement waste disposal and recycling protocols.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a related role.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Qualities and Traits: Reliable, proactive, and a team player.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently.
