Descrição:

  1. Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and returns. 
  2. Conduct monthly and year-end inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy. 
  3. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, passing 100% safety and cleanliness audits. 
  4. Schedule and coordinate deliveries and sample productions. 
  5. Oversee drivers' schedules, ensuring efficient routing and on-time delivery performance. 
  6. Support fire safety inspections, ensuring zero non-compliance items during scheduled checks and maintaining up-to-date safety logs. 
  7. File and securely store warehouse documents. 
  8. Ensure safekeeping of warehouse keys, with no unauthorized access incidents. 

Requisito

  • A two-year diploma is acceptable; a college degree is preferred. 
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Excel, inventory systems). 
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to lift moderate loads and work in a physically active setting
