- Oversee daily warehouse operations and manage staff to ensure efficient processes.
- Implement and maintain safety guidelines in the warehouse.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock levels.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Train and mentor new warehouse staff to enhance team performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in inventory management systems.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
