Ace Hardware Philippines, Inc. is looking for Warehouse Supervisor!

Duties:

• Supervises actual merchandise count and checking of specifications against delivery documents (PO, BST, SIS); investigates discrepancies/damage and submits reports to Store Manager and Inventory Controller.
• Supervises proper handling and storing of merchandise.
• Ensures security of all items received at the warehouse whether stock controlled or not; checks and monitors proper maintenance of stock cards.
• Supervises the withdrawal of the merchandise base on stock withdrawal slips/returns to Warehouse.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the work area to ensure smooth flow of merchandise and ensures proper storage of merchandise in their respective departments.
• Assists in the implementation of safety and security control measures in consonance to corporate security standards as a preventive measure against accidents which include:
• safety of employees
• safety of visitors
• security against merchandise loss/damage/pilferage
• fire prevention for the building
• Facilitates transmittal of all necessary documents to Accounting Department.
• Responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the overall supervision of personnel assigned in his section.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years supervisory level; experienced in Warehouse in Retail or similar industry
• With High Integrity and good communication skills

Note: Applicants must be willing to undergo rounds of interviews and possible deployment to any of our branches depending on business needs. Flexibility and openness to reassignment to other branches such as SM City Fairview & SM City SJDM.

Offered Salary for this role: 22, 000 php - 23, 000 php
