• Frontend Development: Build and maintain the user-facing elements of the website, ensuring a seamless, responsive, and intuitive user experience
• Backend Development: Develop and integrate server-side logic, databases, and APIs to support registration functionalities and user profiles
• Profile Creation: Design and implement features that allow users to create, manage, and update their personal profiles
• Scheduling System: Develop a scheduling system that allows users to book, manage, and track their events or appointments with an easy-to-use interface
• Report Generation (Time and Attendance): Develop and implement functionality for generating detailed reports on user time and attendance, including tracking hours worked, attendance records, and event participation
• Database Management: Set up and maintain the backend databases for storing user information, registration data, and scheduling details
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the design and product teams to translate business requirements into functional web features
• Testing & Debugging: Perform thorough testing to ensure the website is bug-free and performs well across all devices and browsers
• Security: Ensure that the web application follows best practices for security, including data protection and user privacy

Requirements

• Graduate of BSIT, B.Sc. Degree with Computer Science, Computer applications, Mathematics, Application and related
• 1–5 years of experience in web development, with a focus on both frontend and backend
• Languages & Frameworks: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with at least one backend framework (e.g., Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, or PHP)
• Frontend Frameworks: Familiarity with frontend libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Database Knowledge: Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
• API Development: Ability to create and integrate RESTful APIs
• Version Control: Proficiency in Git and GitHub or GitLab for version control and collaboration
• Responsive Design: Knowledge of responsive design practices and mobile-first development
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically in complex situations
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
