Expertise at Car Mechanic
To provide quick and reliable service to the customer by coordinating customer with the technicians and the maintenance of quality control.
To train, supervise, develop and control the technician's job.
To implement the control and maintenance of tools and equipment's and other company properties.
To be able to meet budgeted sales for the year.
To greet and welcome customers the moment they come in. Ask the customer about the problem of his/her vehicle.
Schedule and assign the work to a technician.
Do road testing, to make sure that the job is done properly and accurately to avoid back jobs.
Do preliminary checks on the vehicle and prepare job order.

Has experience in the same related field
2 or more year's experience in Automotive Technician/Mechanical
Can take Leadership Role within the team
Has Experience and Certification of Auto Mechanic/Technician or any related field (Preferred)
Has NCI or NCII Automotive Certificate Holder
