岗位职责：
- 数据分析与策略制定：基于日常交易数据，定位问题所在，制定相应的解决或优化方案，推动业务改善；
- 运营体系建设：制定C2C交易运营指标、考核规则及制度，推动商家优化服务质量，提升交易单量与用户满意度；
- 商家渠道拓展：持续挖掘优质商家招募渠道，推动平台商家结构优化；
- 活动策划与执行：策划并组织商家运营相关活动，激励商家提升活跃度，推动交易量持续增长。
Requisito
- 具备良好的数据分析能力，逻辑思维清晰，能够从数据中提炼问题并提出可行策略；
- 有较强的活动策划与项目运营能力，能够独立推动执行；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神；
- 有行业经验或商家资源者优先考虑。
