Descrição:

• Responsible for daily procurement, distribution, and management of office supplies, ensuring timely provision of materials.

• Assist in handling various administrative tasks (e.g., document organization, license renewals, company seal usage, contract management).

• Manage office environment and equipment maintenance to ensure proper operation of facilities.

• Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and other related activities.

• Handle visitor reception, telephone answering, document dispatch, and management.

• Assist supervisors in completing other administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignments.

Requisito

• College degree or above in Administrative Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Possess strong communication skills and team spirit, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

• At least 1 year of experience in administrative or related roles is preferred.
