3.维护社群互动，与用户及 KOL 建立良好关系
4.分析数据并优化运营策略.
5.跟进社媒趋势，持续创新内容
Requisito
1.精通越南语，熟悉当地文化，具备汉语沟通能力。
2.至少2年社媒运营经验，熟悉本地社交平台规则与用户习惯
3.创新能力强，擅长内容策划与数据分析，
4.有 Web3 或区块链行业经验者优先
