Work Schedule: Nightshift

Salary: Php 20,000 - Php 30,000 (Negotiable depending on years of experience)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or undergraduate degree
• At least 1 year of working experience in Collection field
• Experience working in a BPO Company is an advantage.
• Amenable for night shift work schedule.
• Amenable to work onsite

Job Descriptions:

• Respond to incoming consumer calls about unpaid balances
• Examine and resolve consumer grievances or issues.
• Keep thorough records of all communications with customers and their payment status.
• Help sales with difficulties pertaining to order fulfillment
• Work together with internal teams to guarantee that client issues are resolved accurately and promptly.
• Fulfill monthly service level agreements or surpass them.
• Answering phone calls and emails from both internal and external customers in a fast-paced, extremely complex setting
