Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budget specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices to drive adoption and maturity.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Shield teams from external disruptions and remove roadblocks to maintain productivity.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and Agile methodologies.
• Monitor and report on key delivery metrics, project progress, and risks to senior management.
• Champion Agile transformation efforts and foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team velocity and predictability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management or Agile delivery environments.
• Proven experience in leading Agile teams and driving Agile transformations.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Agile scaling practices.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead Agile ceremonies effectively.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and technical project management is a plus.
• Relevant Agile or Project Management certifications preferred: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent.
