• Reporting to the General Manager.

• Asses the current training and development system.

• Develop new training programs and implement training measurement tools.

• Identify training needs and providing recommendation on programs and acivities.

• Guides supervisors in developing training skills.

• Deliver training programs.

• Maintain records of trainings conducted and training assessment results.

• Evaluate employees training effectiveness and modify the programs accordingly.

• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new employees with the help of Training Supervisor.

• Plan and coordinate all training events with respective departments.

• BS degree in education, human resources or relevant field.

• Preferably with 3 years’ experience in a Poultry Industry or Food Manufacturing.

• Proven work experience as a Training Manager

• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs

• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals

• Good computer and database skills

• With exposures / experience in poultry farming or dressing plant operations is a great advantage.
