The Production Worker in a dairy product manufacturing factory is responsible for handling raw materials, operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining sanitation standards throughout the production process. They work on various stages of dairy processing, such as pasteurization, packaging, and storage, to produce safe and high-quality dairy products.

• Operate and monitor dairy processing machines (e.g., pasteurizers, homogenizers, and packaging equipment).
• Follow strict hygiene and food safety protocols (GMP, HACCP).
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to production formulas.
• Package, label, and inspect dairy products before distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and machinery.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring raw materials and reporting shortages.
• Record production data and report any deviations or issues to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Comply with workplace safety policies and report hazards or equipment malfunctions.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food manufacturing or dairy production is a plus but not required (on-the-job training provided).

Technical & Operational Skills:

• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
