Wingman Group, a global leader in providing offshoring and business transformation services to the Real Estate and Property sectors, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Admin to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing general support to the accounting department. This role requires strong attention to detail, a basic understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable processes for our Australian branch, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.
- Accounts Receivable: Handle accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, monitoring outstanding payments, and following up with clients as necessary.
- Invoicing/Receipting: Process and manage invoicing and receipting for marketing and trust receipts.
- Data Mining & Cleansing: Conduct data mining and cleansing activities to ensure the accuracy of records.
- Invoice Entry: Enter invoices into Property Me, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. This will be the primary task for this role, alongside data entry in Agentbox and Inspect Real Estate.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
- Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and Australian accounting standards.
- Vendor Invoices: Process and reconcile vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
- Month-End and Year-End Activities: Assist with month-end and year-end financial close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Financial Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

Client-Specific Tools & Systems:
- Property Me: The primary system for entering and managing invoices.
- Agentbox: Used for property management and related accounting functions.
- Inspect Real Estate (IRE): Involvement with data entry into IRE for accounting purposes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Australian Accounts Administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools, including Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, and experience with DEXT, Fathom, and Microsoft Suite.
- Familiarity with Australian accounting standards and regulations.
- Strong understanding of property management systems, particularly Property Me, Agentbox, and Inspect Real Estate (IRE).
- Experience in managing invoicing, receipting, and data entry within these platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (preferably with i5 specs).
