Açıklama

  • Supervises and monitor the employees under the Facilities Department
  • Monitor schedule of staffs as prescribed by the management.
  • Overall in-charge of the cleanliness and conditions of the facility.
  • Ensuring that furniture & fixtures are presentable & functional.
  • Responsible for the operation and maintenance, repairs of equipments.
  • Special projects in charge
  • Monitoring of Company vehicles
  • Responsible for training new employees under Facilities Department
  • Ensuring that a safe and equitable environment exists at all times
  • Ensure the proper use and care of equipment.
  • See that all staffs are present and at their assigned areas when they are scheduled to work. If not, the Facility Supervisor is responsible for finding a replacement for that shift and for reporting this absence on the assigned Department.
  • Being able to complete tasks efficiently and without very close supervision.
  • Continually walk around the facility checking all to ensure security, observing equipment for defects, observing staffs for misuse of equipment or inappropriate conduct, and general encouragement of staffs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Gereklilik

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s College/Degree
  • With minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in basic vehicle troubleshooting is an advantage
