Research and identify prospective clients across various industries.
Initiate contact through emails, calls, networking events, and social platforms.
Present the company’s services and pitch customized advertising solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with acquired clients.
Understand client needs and relay them effectively to the creative and strategy teams.
Ensure timely delivery of services and high client satisfaction.
Assist in planning and executing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are on track.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and client landscapes.
Provide feedback and insights to the team for service improvement and innovation.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
Generate regular reports on outreach status and account performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (preferably in digital marketing or advertising, but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Filipino (spoken and written)
Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team
Familiarity with digital marketing services such as social media management, SEO, paid ads, or content marketing is a plus
Willingness to grow with the company and take on evolving responsibilities in a start-up setting
Creativity in pitching or proposal writing
