  • Meet sales targets by selling trucks to customers and understanding their needs.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge, explaining vehicle features and benefits.
  • Build strong relationships through exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle functionalities.
  • Finalize sales and manage documentation processes.
  • Collaborate with the team at NZH International Vehicle and Machinery, Inc., a leader in the automotive industry, to innovate sales strategies and bring in market intelligence.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years proven experience in car/truck sales or a similar sales role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in sales management software and CRM.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Greet customers, understand their needs, present vehicle options, close sales, follow up with customers, meet sales targets.
  • Working Conditions: Dealership floor, outdoor, typical work hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communicator, persuasive, adaptable, in-depth knowledge of car/truck specifications, passionate about automotive/Trucks industry.
