Position: HR – Compensation and Benefits

Bravissimo Resourcing Inc. | Mandaluyong City | Full-time


The Compensation and Benefits will be crucial in ensuring our compensation structure and benefits administration are accurate, competitive, and compliant. Key responsibilities include:

  • Payroll Processing Support: Assisting with accurate and timely payroll processing, including managing deductions, government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and final pay calculations.
  • Benefits Administration: Managing the administration of all employee benefits (e.g., health insurance, paid time off, employee perks), ensuring employee enrollment and claims are processed correctly.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all compensation and benefits programs comply with local labor laws and government regulations.


Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 6 months of practical payroll experience is a must.
  • Availability: Must be able to start immediately or within one week of the offer.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and experience using HRIS or payroll systems.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws related to payroll (e.g., minimum wage, overtime, mandatory government contributions).


Preferred:

  • Prior experience specifically in Compensation and Benefits administration.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
