Job Summary:
The Document Controller maintains and manages all important documents for a particular project and assures that it is easily accessible and stored. He/she establishes filing systems and properly sort all paperwork into its respective places.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintains project documents and records under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
Inputs project document data into the standard registers and ensures that the information is accurate and up to date.
Ensures that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
TECHNICAL:
Knowledgeable in using Electronic Document Management System (like SEM and UCM).
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office operations (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
BEHAVIORAL:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized, resourceful and dependable. Strong attention to details.
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in any course
At least 1-2 years of work experience in the same field
