- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
- Review and screen resumes and applications
- Conduct initial interviews to assess applicants’ skills, knowledge, and cultural fit
- Coordinate with HR Manager
- Other task assigned time to time
職位要求
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Human Resource, Management, Business Studies/Administration/ Psychology or equivalent.
- With at least 3 years working experience in recruitment process or preferred experience
