簡介

The HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT supports in essential HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and engagement activities. This role is perfect for an independent, proactive individual who can think critically, manage tasks with minimal supervision, and contribute to creating a positive company culture through employee engagement initiatives.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Source candidates through job platforms (Indeed, Jobstreet), employee referrals, and social media channels.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews with the hiring manager.
  • Prepare contracts, onboarding documents, and facilitate new hire orientations.
  • Maintain and update employee records (201 files, disciplinary actions, etc.).
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and coordinate with the Accounting Officer for payroll inputs.
  • Lead employee engagement activities (team building, wellness programs, recognition, etc.).
  • Manage HR communications, including internal newsletters and announcements.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager to support HR operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of HR experience or strong internship experience in HR or event coordination.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and event coordination skills. Proficient in MS Office.
  • Traits: Independent, proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of thinking critically with minimal supervision.
