Business Development towards on the BU’s CDAS program, Fiber Neutral, WiFi Leasing & relevant ICT business model solutions for the target markets property development sector i.e of Vertical Residential Mid range to High End Development, New & Existing Estate Development of Mix Use Development Nationwide for Mid Range to High End development.
Responsible for the Account Management activity of the DIB’s clientele & partners and should be able to present the program & high level solution of the DIBS program to its client
Deliver Partnership based on the BU’s financial viability guidelines & secured sign up agreement with DIBS potential partners
Willing to do Sales activity nationwide with no restriction and concern on any assignment.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Dynamic to adapt or experience with the CDAS Program & the other DIBS Telecom Neutral Hosting Infrastructure Solutions related to the Property Development & Building Industry assignment.
Experience in developing account & sales management
Dynamic, Flexible, resilient, and decisive on assigned work load aligned on BU’s goal & vision

BS Marketing with Business strand is preferred
Marketing, Sales Business or Entrepreneurship courses
Newly Graduate student is preferred as long as has the willingness & means to do Marketing and business development.
Should have its own Car to do its sales activity & stable internet connectivity for WFH setup
Should be capable to do Sales Call in regardless of WFH assignment & to deliver client management during probationary period with NO restrictions to the Job Assignment.
