We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering, Safety, and Security / Crisis Management Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing building systems and infrastructure. This includes expertise in plumbing, facilities maintenance, welding, painting, and network cabling installation.

Key Responsibilities

Building & Facilities Maintenance:

• Conduct inspections to ensure safety and structural integrity.
• Perform plumbing repairs, including water supply lines and drainage systems.
• Carry out welding tasks for metal structures and components.
• Prepare and paint building interiors/exteriors.
• Install and maintain network cables (fiber optic, Ethernet).

General & Emergency Maintenance:

• Respond to emergency repair requests.
• Maintain records of all repairs, installations, and inspections.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff for project efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in building maintenance or a related field.
• Technical certification in plumbing, welding, or building maintenance is a plus.

Must be amenable to work within Mother Ignacia, Quezon City.
