- Lead all M&E-related project coordination, ensuring smooth planning, execution, and delivery.
- Review and analyze M&E construction drawings and specifications, addressing discrepancies and resolving technical issues.
- Oversee pre-contract activities such as technical reviews, submissions, tender preparation, and evaluations.
- Manage post-contract tasks, including site supervision, quality control, testing & commissioning (T&C), and project handover.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards for all M&E works.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and milestones.
- Collaborate with sub-contractors, clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate documentation for ongoing projects.
- Assist in tender exercises, including compliance checks, quantity take-offs, acquiring quotations, and preparation of work programs.
