The Production Coordinator will report directly to the Operations Manager and oversee the production process, ensuring smooth coordination between the team and the warehouse. Responsibilities include analyzing approved drawings, discussing project details with the team to resolve conflicts, coordinating material availability, and working closely with the QC/Production Engineer on updates and revisions. The role also involves supervising the production line daily, verifying project specifications, and maintaining productivity, morale, and teamwork among production staff.
