Senior Appointment Setter (SDR)

 

Shift: 9 PM - 6 AM PHT, Monday to Friday Work Set-up: Remote 

Offer: Up to Php70,000

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct persistent outreach to targeted prospects in the US
  • Communicate our value proposition to decision-makers and qualify them for potential sales opportunities
  • Deliver against a quota for qualified leads 
  • Leverage prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision-makers
  • Collaborate towards optimizing our approach towards sales development to drive ongoing improvements
  • Leverage salesforce for lead and pipeline management, and sales forecasting 
  • Participate in knowledge sharing, training updates, and process optimization
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives


Requisito

  • 5+ years of experience in high-volume outbound calls
  • 3+ years of Appointment Setting experience required
  • B2B sales experience required
  • Can set 15-20 appointments per week
  • Can dial up to 100 calls daily
  • With experience handling US clients
  • Ability to adapt easily to new situations and eager to learn/ contribute
  • Experience qualifying leads
  • Excellent communication
  • Grit-dialing, cold calling, and being an SDR take emotional strengths and you either have it or you don't
  • Determined to exceed goals weekly and have self-accountability
  • Assertive persistent, persuasive, and a good listener
  • Smart and confident to build successful relationships and overcome objections over the phone
  • Must have a desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i3 processor and 8GB RAM (or equivalent)
