• Develop and execute sales strategies that support glocalization—balancing global product standards with local customer specifications.
• Identify target customers in key industries (e.g., automotive, electronics, appliances) and understand their localized part and assembly needs.
• Work closely with R&D engineering and production to adapt product designs, materials, and assembly options based on market requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 5–8 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in manufacturing or plastic injection molding industries

• Strong project coordination skills across departments (engineering, production, QA, logistics)
