As a Sales Associate at KORWELD INC, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall sales performance of the store. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring each customer receives outstanding service by creating a welcoming environment, greeting and acknowledging customers, and addressing their needs effectively.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas through effective sales strategies.
• Demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge to confidently assist customers and address their concerns.
• Handle all sales related activities and documentations

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Basic Math skills
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
