- Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience, both in-store and online.
- Understand customer needs and recommend clothing items that match their style and preferences.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is organized and appealing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and care.
- Participate in seasonal sales events, inventory counts, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the team to meet overall store sales goals and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the clothing industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
