Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes across technical, customer support, and business functions while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, maintain recruitment pipelines, and contribute to process improvements that strengthen our employer brand. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for HR and recruitment who wants to grow in a collaborative, fast-moving tech environment.


Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across technical, customer support, and business roles.
  • Post jobs across multiple platforms and ensure alignment with our employer brand.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and serve as the primary candidate contact.
  • Partner with hiring managers by preparing interview guides, collecting feedback, and tracking progress.
  • Maintain recruitment pipelines in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
  • Organize reference checks, background verifications, and offer letters.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in recruitment workflows and candidate experience.
  • Provide administrative support for onboarding and HR coordination.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or related role (in-house or agency).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple roles effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
  • High attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
  • A proactive, independent, and collaborative mindset.
