Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Associate fluent in Thai and English to join our team. The role requires delivering outstanding customer service while handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will provide digital and call-based support with professionalism, empathy, and technical know-how.


  • Digitally and verbally resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with professionalism.
  • Provide multilingual support in Thai and English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Manage high-volume customer interactions with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • De-escalate customer frustrations while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Document, track, and escalate issues as necessary to appropriate teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to process improvements.
  • Adapt to new tools, technologies, and changing business requirements.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.


Experience:

  • At least 2.5 years of customer service, customer support, or hyper care support experience.
  • Prior digital/call center experience preferred.


Technical Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, listening, and comprehension.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and objectively.
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to change.
  • Sound decision-making and multitasking capabilities.


Language Requirement:

  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Thai and English.
  • 3-A4 Thai Certificate
