説明

  • Recruit, screen, interview, hire and dismiss employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures
  • Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
  • Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
  • Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
  • Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
  • Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks
  • Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist with performance management procedures
  • Schedule and oversee wellness and health programs
  • Advise management on policies and procedures
  • Lead the development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records

要件

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as HR or business.
  • Relevant experience, such as an entry-level HR role or an internship.
  • Key skills including communication, ethics, and problem-solving.
  • Full-time work during regular business hours.
  • Some employers may prefer candidates with a master's degree in human resource management or an MBA with an HR concentration.
