Descrição:

The Sales Account Manager role (3 Vacancies) to be BASED in Cebu, Palawan and Davao will be required to:

  • Monitor, analyse and improve the efficiency of an existing portfolio of hotels and rental properties.
  • Deliver great customer experience across the portfolio by managing the quality of properties offered, timelines and stakeholders.
  • To seek and increase the number of quality properties available to the company for listing on their travel tech and online accommodation booking platform.
  • Play a 3-way role, as a service champion for guests, a business relationship manager for property owners and an asset manager for Clients’ stakeholders.


What you will be doing

  • Building & Leveraging relations to drive reduced costs, increased take rates & engagement amongst the Company and hotel partners. 
  • To provide flawless, upscale, professional and high-class Partner service experiences.
  • Analyse Partners’ feedback and provide direction to improve overall hotel ratings and visibility on sales platforms.
  • Account management services by providing Partners data-based insights into current business and improvement areas.
  • Actively listen to and resolve partner’s complaints and feedback to improve internal processes.
  • Promote all offers, discounts or any program or scheme being rolled out. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams, both central and local areas for quicker resolution.
  • Handling queries over the phone, WhatsApp and emails and getting them resolved within the stipulated time

Requisito

  • Graduates with preferably 1 or more years of experience in sales account management who are or have been actively involved in the property and or travel hospitality industry. (accommodation) will be preferred candidates.
  • Ability to anticipate potential issues and take preventive or pre-emptive action.
  • Multitask abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Excel and other data organising/management tools.
  • Excellent skills in visualising data.
  • Open to travel to other regions and cities when and if necessary.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in local Tagalog, Cebuano (CEBU Position) and English.
