- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Assist in identifying areas for process improvements.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience Level: With or without experience is necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in call center operations, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, effective scheduling abilities, technical proficiency, and adept problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment; potential for irregular hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
