Descrição:
To assist customers regarding their general inquiries, orders, and follow ups across multiple support channels.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat regarding product information, price inquiries, complaints, delivery follow ups, placing of orders, etc.
- Accurately log all incoming calls in the CRM (customer relationship management) system for proper documentation.
- Efficiently and effectively identify concerns and provide the necessary solutions where applicable.
- Coordinate with several branches and departments to resolve customer concerns and/or requests.
- Ensure pending concerns are attended to in a timely manner and escalate as needed.
Requisito
- 6 months of customer service experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Comfortable speaking and writing in Filipino and English
- Basic skills in MS Word and Excel
