Descrição:

THE ROLE:

To attend to Member Operations tasks for Members supporting the Back Office tasks for the Philippines Member Services team. Able to provide training to new joiners via buddy system and share experience with rep I. Participate in ad hoc projects, events, UAT (user acceptance testing), and provide suggestions/ feedback for process improvement.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

  1. Support day-to-day activities of Member Operations through effective communication with the Members Services team and Members via telephone and other channels of communication.
  2. Perform tasks to meet Members' needs, including record management, refunds, repurchases, order audits, and after-sales support.
  3. Support new employees with knowledge sharing and guidance during their initial weeks or months.
  4. Participate in ad hoc projects, events, UAT (user acceptance testing), and provide suggestions/feedback.
  5. Become familiar with internal department policies and procedures, including Record Maintenance and Administration, Royalty Overrides, Orders, Award handling, System Behavior, and Member Compensation system.
  6. Able to log issues in SNOW/MySupport, promptly notify IT about system problems that impact Members' experience and operations and collaborate with IT to find solutions.
  7. Continuously seek performance improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to the Manager when identified.
  8. Demonstrate a clear, ongoing process of improvement within the teams and implement quality initiatives as needed.
  9. Able to respond or provide solutions to external partner/vendor on delivery issues, i.e., problem address, duplicate parcels, and return parcels.
  10. Take full ownership of communication with logistics partners for urgent issues, feedback, and preventive solutions.
  11. Build and maintain positive relationships with the team to create an enjoyable working environment.



Requisito

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the customer service industry or relevant MLM/Direct Selling with cash handling experience.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide superb customer service and resolve problems independently under the company’s guidelines.
  • Self-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative.
  • Ability to work in a result-oriented atmosphere under pressure and meeting tight deadlines as flexible working hours may be required.
  • Good computer literacy (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Well groom and manner.
