- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Resolve issues and complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Document customer interactions in the database.
- Collaborate with teams to improve customer service processes.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Effective communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are essential.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with potential for remote work; flexible hours may apply.
