  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Document interactions and maintain customer records.
  • Assist in improving customer satisfaction and service processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.


Requisito

  • Willing to work onsite at Mckinley Taguig
  • At least college graduate with no bpo experience
  • At least 6 months bpo experience
  • Willing to handle healthcare account
  • Willing to visit the office for the process
