Descrição:

Strategic Sales Planning & Execution:

  • Develops sales plans and forecasts through environmental scanning and strategic analysis.
  • Implements and monitors sales strategies to achieve targets across product lines.
  • Oversees sales operations including vehicle inventory, reporting, and order management.
  • Collaborates with Marketing and other units to support branding and sales campaigns.
  • Addresses operational issues and escalates unresolved matters to top management.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

  • Supervises department staff and leads performance planning, monitoring, and evaluation in line with AUTOHUB's PMS system.
  • Ensures submission of reports, conducts performance reviews, and recommends training and development.
  • Designs and updates department structure and job descriptions as needed.

Administrative & Organizational Responsibilities:

  • Conducts and documents department meetings, tracks implementation of decisions.
  • Manages departmental resources and promotes employee welfare and discipline.
  • Communicates company updates and enforces policy compliance.
  • Represents the department in management meetings and official functions.

Customer Database & Operational Efficiency:

  • Oversees database maintenance and monitoring systems.
  • Implements incentives and accountability measures for database management.
  • Reviews and improves departmental policies, systems, and processes regularly.

Networking & Professional Development:

  • Establishes and maintains partnerships to support sales goals.
  • Participates in trainings and continuous learning to enhance leadership and functional competencies.


Requisito

  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Management or any related course
  • Work Experience : At least six (6) years relevant experience, four (4) years of which are in a managerial capacity
