Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage HR processes, resolve employee issues, implement policies, and oversee compensation structures.
Manage employee relations and performance management processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Conduct training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Prepare reports on HR metrics and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in HR management or a supervisory role.
Skills and Competencies: Strong supervisory skills, proficient in human resource planning, employee relations, and compensation and benefits management.
Working Conditions: Primarily an office environment, occasional travel for training or recruitment.
Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a strong sense of integrity.
